Thread: How often can the same customer come back and you still gain XP?

I pay newbies to come open my vendors every now and then so that I can get merchant XP. How often can they come into my shop?
Also does there have to be stuff on my vendors for me to get XP? And do they have to view the items or can they just double click, close without viewing anything for me to get XP?

as far as i know, you can gain veiwing exp (50 points) from a person once every 15 minutes. All they should need to do is double click the vendor, maybe hit refresh, then close it again. and judging by the amount of empty vendors i see around the place, no you don't have to have anything in stock.
