I recently lost 2 vendors due to a PA hall dissapearing because the owner's account expired.

now i cannot even drop 2 vendors cuz it says i have to many. i am a novice merchant. i should be able to drop 2 vendors.. anyone know why its not working?

i sell 80 ( or 78) kinetic suits and decently base at 60ish for 180k.
Cheap don't mean poor quailty.
