Thread: Listed vendors weeded?

Anyone else notice (on Tatooine, Bloodfinat least) that the # of registered vendors just dropped by almost 30% today? I swear there were many more last night. What's up with that? Anyone else notice this or am I losing my mind? Must be the hermit thing.....

Yeah, kinda sucks. But I guess in the long run it helps differentiate between newer and older players/vendors/shops. I just hope there is nobody crazy enough to create a merchant for the sole purpose of having the #1 spot on a bunch of the vendor lists. Fortunately, nobody is that weird.... then again this is the Internet.... uh oh

This happens every night. When the servers reset in the morning no vendors are on the list. As the vendors are loaded into the world by someone coming near them they check to see if they are supposed to be registered and if so they register themselves. By tonight you should see the list back to normal for the most part.

Wow, interesting! I didn't realize it worked that way....
BTW, am I correct that the list goes in order of the vendor's creation date? Or is there some other ordering rule?
