Merchant Archive

I have some vendors in a mall and another vendor in my house (same area) for custom orders (and cough-cough storage) etc. Sometimes I can retrieve an item from stock-room but on other occasions I can not. Can anyone explain this?

To retrieve an item into your inventory from a stockroom, you have to be accessing the particular vendor the item is located on.

This is a bit confusing because you can withdraw items for sale and purchase items offered on any of your vendors.

No, in some cases you can retrieve the item from any vendor but in opther cases you can not. Did that yesterday. withdraw some items which were on another vendor from a different vendor. But I know in other cases I can not.
