Thread: Vendor Maintainance, Reinitialize

I have a vendor but I dropped all merchant stuff. was working fine until maintainance got too low. I never got an email notification or anything. And didn't know until I tried to send something to it. It said I needed 14k to repair. and that it was deactivated and to deposit money to activate. I did,I put in 65k but it is still offline. Do I need to retrain my skills to reinitialize it?
