I have a single character. All I sell is loots, looted resources, and harvested materialson my vendors. I have no merchant but ground through the profession. Under the terms of the new nerf, I will be limited to how many items on my vendors? 50 per? None? That is unacceptable. I will be dumping this game and SOE the day this goes live. I don't have any merchant skills anymore and put up hundreds of itemsthat thousands of people check weekly.

This is a bad idea for everyone. They think they're going to get people to buy another account just to keep merchant vendors? The only thing this will accomplish, especially for me, is lose money andcustomers.

i think you'll be a little hard pressed to get any sympathy in the merchant forums.. if you don't spend the skill points, you shouldn't get the reward (in this case the vendor).. It's soemthing that the merchants have been lobbingfor a while now (and i agree with it)..

urgh, I'm still pissed that i cannot keep my Rifle skills when i decided to become a merchant. Totally unfair.

Cannot wait for this re-vamp, course assuming they change the limits.

I hope this kills the economy and forces a total reworking of the way sales are handled in this game.

Now I guess I'll be a jedi that's unable to call his beloved pets from his datapad.
Make it so we can trade our pets in for callable ones, or at least deeds so we can put them in our houses and /cry! (lol)

This will not kill the economy, just tweak it a bit. Everyone's prediction of the end of the world will probably not happen.

I find the upcoming changes refreshing! I'm tired of players "exploiting" the merchant skills so they can get richer. Remember people... you CAN'T be everything in this game. If you don't got the skills, then you shouldn't be able to keep the perks associated w/ those skills aka "vendors".
