Give merchants the ablity to grant admin rights to our vendors,Let us play a role in the game by taxing crafters and loot hunters when they use our vendors to sell their equipment. Let us be Merchants who can create and maintain malls all by ourselves, and actually make money off it.

Is this not a viable option? Taxation is already in place, granting admin rights to buildings is already in place, Is there something that would not allow this?
