I am in Theed now and i need Novice Merchant. Where is my nearest trainer?

the "artisan guildhall" in most cities should have one.

Not sure about Theed, but if you're ever in Coronet, there's one in the bank and another outside of the cantina.

Also, swg.allakhazam.com has an excellent database of trainer locations.
