Hi all
Had a vendor vanish over night. Got no email of any kind about it. The vendor was not used often (It was consealed so only guild members would spot it I took offers from guild members and sold to guild members with it) but I had bought and ssold Locked containers nearly everyday with it So it did get used I would say at least every other day.
When it poofed It was in fact empty (the smuggler had bought the last few containers the night before)
I did submit a ticket and I am waiting on a reply.

How long did you wait inside the structure?, I've noticed that several of my vendors in tents take upto 10 minutes to appear when you go inside.
If you logout and back in again are they still missing?, I had a load of stuff in my house disappear once after returning from another city, but it appeared again when I logged out.

I had one of my vendors disappear because no one had bought anything from it for two weeks. No warning email or anything, it just poofed. 
And no, it was not a storage vendor.
Would it be possible to ask the devs to incorporate warning email before vendors are deleted because of the two week rule?

I believe i have a clue as to the cause of this. I noticed that someone bought all of the items on one vendor so I went and restocked it. I got no warning mail. a few min later while I was still in the store someone bought it out again (power vendor 
I got the warning email that it was empty. I think the mail is not being sent if the vendor is not in the world.

Maybe In my case I do not have any funny chars in the name and I *Did* get the email from the 2nd emptying of the vendor. But I was also in the same room with it.

I know with factories if I use a guild tag in the name, like [Crimson Legion] then the [] screws up the email so I never receive any emails.

Was able to repeat essentually the same behavior on 2 more vendors. I have 4 empty test vendors in an out of the way house. I visited them recently and when the vendors loaded I got a warning on one that it had been empty and ignored too long. a little while later I came back into the house and got a warning on another of the 4 after they loaded. This is consistant with my theory. Now in a week or 2 when I go to that house I expect to see all 4 gone and no additional emails. we shall see.
