Thread: Stockroom Bug?

Not sure if anyone's encountered this too (I've had a trawl through the posts on this forum but couldn't see any similar reports - apologies if this has been dealt with before), but I seem to have a bug with my vendors when I take stuff down from sale and then try to retrieve the items from the stockroom. It seems I get only"one chance" to retrieve everything. After that, every time I access the stockroom screen the interface reports no items are currently in the stockroom (when viewed by vendor, region, planet or galaxy) even though I know there are plenty of items still on the vendor in the stockroom. I only realised this was happening the other night when 600 or so items dropped from my furniture vendor and obviously couldn't retrieve all the itemsinto my inventory in one go.
Currently the only way around it is to then go to one of my other vendors and access the stockroom from there, retrieve as many items as my inventory will hold, then do the same on the next vendor....so on and so forth until the stockroom has finally cleared.
Has anyone else experienced this? And was there anything that could be done to correct it? Not the end of the world I know but it's an added pain to what's already a clumsy and time confusing interface. My major worry is that it's easy to think you've picked everything up, when in fact you haven't, and thereby lose stock with the stockroom timer rule.

We have heard of this here before. It seems to affect only certain people. Not sure what the common factor is. I'm also not clear if anyone ever found a way to fix the situation. I know it has been reported to the devs but there hasn't been any word on a fix for it, most likely because its difficult to reproduce.

Thanks Doc, I guess I was just unlucky then. I thin the only thing I can do is pull up all my vendors and resite/initialise them and see if the problem goes away - will let you know how I get on. Thanks again - at least I know I'm not going mad

Are you sure the All or All Items selection on the window didn't get deselected? It's easy to do and hashappened to me and made me think that the items have disappeared.
