Elyssa -
Thanks for the prompt reply. I wasn't suggesting that the characters could access each other's bank accounts, only that we could go to the bank terminal and create a "corporate" account that we could all deposit / withdraw from. Apparently not though.
Do you happen to know if I can macro the name change too? That would at least make it easy to reset the name to what I want it to be. Thanks for the tip on the permissions, didn't realize I could do that. It will make things much easier.
Thanks,
B

No, the best you can do is the guild hall money pool. You don't have to be in a guild, you just have to have admin access to the hall.
You can macro the name change but I haven't been able to make it do multiple lines like you can do with a cut/paste job. Then again, I haven't tried every possible way to do it, either.
As for the permissions, you have to be careful with them.
They are a toggle. Doing it once will admin someone. Do it again and it will un-admin them.
You can't un-admin the owner of a structure but you CAN un-admin yourself if you're not the owner.
I actually use a complex series of aliases to accomplish this based on the size of the harvester.
Basically I type /hvyset and it sets permissions the way I want them, Sets a structure name, pays 7 days of maintenance, and adds 7 days of power.
Each one of these functions has an /alias as well so I can activate each function without calling the entire string of events.
That's useful for giving admin to houses without setting a structure name or paying 7 days of heavy harvester maintenance.
Likewise, I can pay 7 days of maintenance without adding power, etc.

Does anyone know if it's possible to setup a corporation in the SWG enviornment? A few guys I work with all have characters on the same galaxy and would like to be able to create a corporate bank account and assign corporate rights to our structures, factories, etc. It seems like a logical extension of the Merchant function, especially considering that no one character can represent all of the crafting professions. Together we have MA, AS, WS, MD, Smuggler and are working on a Bio-Engineer, Chef, Tailorand Droid Engineer. It's a major hassle to have to assign rights to each structure as we move around the miners, etc. for whatever a given character needs this week.
Naturally, we'd also like to be able to assign the same group rights to our vendors also. I know that certain people have gotten stung from unscrupulous people, but most of us have 2 characters anyway. Even if we could just tie together those accounts, it would make life easier (not to mention cut down on bandwidth from the SWG side, no reason to run two sessions when I can do everything I need from one.)
As long as I'm at it, anyone know how to make the names stick to a renamed harvester? Every time we reclaim the deed and set it back up it defaults to the generic name.
Thanks,

You can't do any of this directly.
Only the owner of the vendor can access it.
You can not access another character's bank.
Certain structure functions are restricted to the owner.
You can, however, withdraw funds from a guild hall's maintenance fundso that could potentially give you a money pool.
You can make an admin macro and use it every time you place a new structure to speed up the process.
/setpermission admin character1;
/setpermission admin character2;
...etc
There is some sort of provision for account to account character transfer but that'll cost you actual money.
The names don't stick anymore.
