Is this going to be fixed soon or at least get a comment from SOE?

Well according to their little announcements its suppose to be 30 days. Those who might have left on vacation thinking they were safe will now just lose their merchandise which isn't fair. You need to press them harder cause we know what the CSRs wil say....it is functioning as it should, you should check your vendor more frequently.....

Arrgh. This is a pretty bad bug IMO (but I know I don't have to tell you, that is for devs ears). People who do not check this forum might go on vacation thinking there stuff will be safe with a 30 day stockroom limit.
I really, really hope it is not a stealth nerf

i'm getting random stockroom times now. Mostly it's been 7 days on things that "autocycle", but many have been 10 and even "up to" 41 days.
It's all whacked.
Honestly, if they keep this new "unused vendor" deletion thing, then the stockroomduration should be infinante.
Personally i'd like them to get rid of the "unused" thing, and just keep the "empty deletion" thing and a 30 day stockroom.

I got constant 30 days...
Items putted onto vendors before stockroom change happened (10.2) has still 7 days limit. Database works items based, not vendor based. Basically all of your new items will be 30 days stockroom limit. But not between Publish 10 and Publish 10.2 ones.
Simply if you will go to holiday or something for 1 months, you can just withdraw items between that durations (10-10.2) and resell them again.

This is weird.
I had 6 items drop off my vendor today, and each had 20 days on the stockroom timer. 20 days?
Previously I have seen the 7 days were talking about here, and the 30 days that it should be.

I had a cargo pocket with a tailor apron and a looted belt with tailor enhancements drop off after 5 days. Haven't logged back in to see if CSR's are going to say "sorry, can't help you." Which seems to be the only response I get lately. I get a "sorry" and then my ticket is closed. Nice interaction.
This, quite literally, might be a game breaker for me. If I can't count on the vendor to do things right, when it's stocked with 500+ items, and another with over 1000+, I can't play this game.

For items that you withdraw or buy from (offered to you) vendor haveremaining days before withdraw + 7 days. So if it was 20 days remaining it will have 20+7 days in stockroom. items that fall off vendir have 0 remaining days so they will be 7 days.
I agree those vendor troubles are game breakers. This bug is not a big problem right now (if I go on vacation I can sort on tim remaining and pull them off vendor adn relist) but always being worried that what is broke now and worrying about loosing items is. We must be able to trust vendors 100%.
If there is one thing that push me toward the cancel button then it is all the vendor troubles and boring repetive work (read: relisting items) you need to do.
I dream of the day I logon and see a patch note; "Vendors: You can now relist items in stock room with original price and description by multi select all items and click relist button". Actually for me this would increase my enyojment of this game more than even a combat revamp.

My items just droped to stock room about 10 days ago. I assumed that the new 30 day rule was in effect WRONG !!!! When i went to relist (3days later) was only 4 days left. When I wrote a ticket on it , the CSR reported back that the system was working properly,
Hummmmm I had just seen it with my own eyes. And I get the typical SOE we realy dont give a crap if it is working or not attitude !!! SOE Rule Of Thumb if its broke DONT FIX IT !!

Honestly, if this is the truth, I'm more pissed at their ignoring you than any of the broken game mechanisms.
