Ok.. i really should know this but can find the link.. maybe one of you can help me.

I'm going shipwright and plan to charge extravagant prices ... hey , I can,i'm special like that.

But to get to my question... i'm needing to run 10 vendors and just want to confirm that eff4 and manage4 are required to get hat... I presume as well hat will give me 3k total items. Any help from you non-trollish forumners would be appreciated.

ok.. it seems odd to me that you don't get an extra vendor per level ... that would make more sense i think.. but who am I but a troll to argue with the dev's divine wisdom?
