Just to see, I tried to put my special edition goggles on my vendor. And guess what? I now have a vendor wearing a pair of my goggles. I don't care because I don't like having them take up the space in my inventory.

I then tried to put a bra on my male vendor and it removed his shirt he was wearing, instead of saying he couldn't wear it. So I put a dress on him and it removed his pants. So I now have a naked vendor, wearing a pair of special edition goggles. lol

That would explain the bare naked fat old white vendor that I saw yesterday on Naritus. This bug is apparently repeatable.
