I alwayshave peopleoffer me all kind of stuff, sometimes items I couldn't care less for (I'm a tailor so people offer all kinds of looted clothes or clothes made by someone else), sometimes things I have advertized I'm buying but for like 30 cpu more than my offer etc. So far I have always ignored them, unless I have to delete a vendor, thenI'm usually nice enough to give them 2 days to get their stuff back. But I sometimes feel bad about just ignoring the offers. What do you usually do with them?

Don't just ignore them. Reject them. If you like, send a mail with the reason such as "I am buying these but only at xx credits. If you wish to reoffer it, i'll gladly buy it.

By rejecting the item, they get notified right away by email it's been rejected.

only offers I ever get are either someone accidentaly bought somethin and offered it at the price they boughtit for, or guildies offering loot pieces they found and know I can use (usually for 1 credit) So I don't really have many worries from them.

Usually, the only offered items I get are expected, but there's always a few now and then that make me scratch my head. What really annoys me is when a "customer" is in my shop and tries to sell me something (Low or zerocondition armor, for example). I tell them I'm not interested (usually, several times over several minutes), but they offer it anyways (normally at a ridiculous price). When I reject it, they get upset. Of course, this whole discussion is in spatial for everyone else to hear.

Well, at least some of my customers are entertained

When I got merchant inaugust or something refusing an offer was doing absolutely nothing, the items were still there, which is why I hadn't tried since. Now I can just reject everything and they disappear from the offer window I guess I should have checked in the last 9 months lol.

I am a chef, used to be a doctor, and before that was an architect.

Yeah, I switch primary professions, but I don't keep my vendors without investing skill points.

Anyway, any time anyone offered something to my vendor, I took at look at the stats. If it was a resources and the stats fit the price offered, I bought it. If they don't, I reject it and send an email explaining why.

More often then not its just stuff that I am expecting or else something one of my friends is giving me or lending me or whatnot.
