I'm sure I'm not the first to find it, but in case nobody else has posted it...
VendorRefresh5 macro
/target Vendor
/pause 100
/ui action defaultAction
/pause 100
/ui action defaultButton
/pause 100
/macro VendorRefresh5
Every 5 minutes (300s) this selects and refreshes a vendor (if nearby). Word on the street is that it only matters for XP every 10 or 15 minutes. I went with 5 minutes for simplicity.

Hey server is this for macro viewing xp ? ie the 50 points every 15 min thing macroed?
I'm currently trying to master merchant.. if this is a macro for it .. that would be nice to use.

this works however is it supposed to give you 50xp per person every 10 minutes because that is not working for me.

So do I have to get someone to sit in my house or can my toon do it... I am at work and haven't paid attention to whether or not I get xp for viewing my own vendor as I figured I wouldn't.

You do not get xp from viewing your own vendor. Someone other than the owner of the vendor has to view it to get the xp. This macro will only work if you have someone do this for you, or you have an alt character.

I didn't think that you did and it took me a second to realize that the macro was intended for someone with either two accounts or someone willing to set it up while in their house..

I have 6 vendors and an alt that can give me the xp. Is there a macro I can use to target each vendor and use each one instead of pinging the same vendor over and over. I tried something like /ui action cycleTargetPrev, but that grabs everything target in the area including new spawns, signs, and terminals. Any ideas?

Next or Prev works fine... however you have to open each vendor manually first.
However it doesn't matter if you place 1 vendor or 12.You only get 50xp per (10mins?) per individual looking at your vendor(s). So you could have 1 vendor with 20 people refreshing it or2 vendors and the same 20 people refreshing both. You'll only get the 50xp per person per timer.
