i'm sure someone else has asked this, but i bought one today and an totally lost. Could someone please tell me where to look to figure out how to use it...lol... sry for such a noob question, but it is my first droid and i am stumped...

Have you programmedyour droid? If not you'll have to do this before it will do anything.

To do this select program on the droid radial menu then select one of the commands to program. For example, click 'follow' The droid will respond with ?, then in the chat box type /command 'follow' or just 'f' as i do. The droid should respond with ! and is now programmed to follow you. Then just do the same for the other commands.

To program the droid to ad bark select 'get waypoint' (i think) then just follow the options. It will say "the next time you speak your droid will record the message" (or to something to that affect). Just type what you want the droid to bark in the chat box then hit enter, should be done then. All you have to do then is find a good spot to place your droid and toggle the ad barker 'on'.

Sorry if its not that clear but once you have programmed your droid, its just a case of following the options in the radial menu. Hope this helps

I have a similar problem to this, I'm lost with how to program the droid. The droid came ready programmed, bought from a droid vendor so it has all the follow and store commands already in it. I have a problem that when I go to "Get Waypoint" on the radial dial, it keeps coming up with "there are currently no waypoints stored in this droid" or something like that. It isn't giving me the option to programme it for the Barker activities and I'm on the verge of ditching this one and getting another droid. Mainly because I bought 2 of these "Barker" droids of the same vendor and one turned out to be a medical droid that was misstitled and the other doesn't seem to work.

Could anyone shed some light on what I'm doing wrong here please. I didn't have any of these problems with my Harvester Droid.

You can program a droid at any time if you want to change them.

To use the ad barker function on your droid you need to have Advertising 4. Once you have this more options become available on the menu other than 'get merchant waypoint'.

If you are still a little stuck with what droids can actualy do then contact your nearest droid engineer, im sure they will help out and explain a few things for you.
