Hi,

I just have a quick question. I tried to find this on the board already, but no luck. I apologize in advance if this is has already been answered:

Efficency IV is suppose to allow you to run structures at a reduced cost. What is a "structure"? Does that include all houses, harvesters, generators, and factories?

Anything for which you can be placed as admin and that has a maint fee paid from a player account. Heck, you can even get a master merchant to go to a house for which he is not normally associated and pay a portion of the maint to get the reduction. From what I hear, it is a healthy reduction especially if you have multiple structures. Our business manager (Master Merchant) now handles the maint on all of our buildings, factories, and harvesters. She has also helped out some friends by paying part of the maint on their cantina, med centre, and houses.

The actual savings is 20%. You can see this if you go to the examine screen on your structure. It will have a comment stating 20% reduction if fees due to Merchant efficency 4 or something to that regard.
