Yep, last Thursday, I logged on to discover my Installations Vendor with all of my Installation stock had disappeared. A CSR said that this happens at times and it may reappear after the next patch. The next patch? When is that supposed to be?! I was asked if to check my vendor count to see if I had an extra vendor available now and if not it could possibly return on its own. I do not have an extra vendor so my is still floating in the ether somewhere. That was last Thursday. It has not shown up yet. How long should I wait before I plant flowers where it once stood and tally up yet another huge loss?

I have had this happen to me also (last night, in fact). However, my merchant reappeared today, apparently intact. Usually, this is fixed by the daily server reboot. A full patch is not required.

I will cross my fingers that it has returned, when I log on tonight.

Well, I got the word. It is gone for good and the CSRs are very sorry for the frustration that this has caused me but they had no way to verfiy through their logs what was in my stockroom so they will not be reimbursing me anything. First off nothing was in my stockroom. The entire vendor disappeared! I stopped pursuing it as another loss and a lost cause. Losses, losses, losses. Will they never end in this game?
