My maintenance went from 1 to 24001. I expected to pay a lot, but this is kinda ridiculous...please tell me...
A. How much will Advertising IV decrease it?
B. Does vendor maintenance efficiency decrease it as well, considering it's paid for through maintenance money?
C. Just friggin tell me this isn't natural

Wierd! My NPC vendor goes from zero to zero with Eff 4.
I hope you aren't on test, and showing the new rate!
I find it faintly irritating that the rate always shows as 0 now, even though they do use a little money. There is no way to estimate how much to put in, and as a result I tie up a few hundred credits. It is a shame that the price per day isn't shown instead.

My maint cost barely goes up after registering. Eff.

You were just trying to up your post count. Hey look mine went up also. 
Stick with NPC vendors till they patch the maitenance.
