For the 100th time, yes you can, but it is on the list of things to be fixed, because as I see it, doing so is exploiting a bug in the system. I am not saying you are an expoliter, I am just pointing out that at some point, it will vanish, when it is fixed.

can you get novice merchant and then place your random NPC, then surrender all artisan and merchant skills and keep the vendor?


any help would be great
