I'm 4,2,1,4 in the merchant tree and almost have Efficiency III, working hard for IV. I really enjoy doing what i can merchtnt-wise to help my guild, but I think I can do a bit better once I have Efficiency IV.

So here's my question: Do you have to have placed the building to get the 20% off maintenance or just simply have admin? My guild's PA hall and small rebel base both use 100 creds per hour. That's 4,400 per day and about 132,000 per month (using a 30-day calculation). That means that I could save us 880 creds per day, and a whoping (kinda) 26,400 per month. Not only that, but maintenance is harsh on large houses, and hey, I could earn money off savingmembers money (:smileysurprised. So umm...yeah...I would be eternaly (or at least for a few days) grateful for any help.

You have to actually place the structure to get the 20% off. I have admin rights to a PA hall but it doesn't help with the maintenance unfortunately.

It only applies to the installation on your 10 lots.

So, always make sure that your highest maintenence/lot structures are actually on YOUR lots (these will probably always be your power gens, right Draznar :smileywink. Sure, large houses and PA halls have a higher maintenance rate per structure, but they take up more than 1 lot.

I finally joined a guild and I planted a food factory that I could not afford the space. I will soon transfer my equipment factory and even my house. :-)
