I recently dropped my merchant skills temporarily to give myself some room to change skills... so I now havean artisan levelvendor and I noticed today that my rates are extremely high... so much so that 5000 credits would have only lasted hours.

Is this because I dropped the merchant skill or was there an increase in vendor rates this patch?

Artisan vendor are only machines, i think? And machines costs A LOT more maintenance than NPC vendor. Also, a tree in merchant class (second from the left) was giving you bonuses on vendor and structure maintenance. You lost all that...
