Merchant Archive

I thought that once you drop merchant, you cannot have vendors anymore. My vendor is still there, and people can still offer stuff to it. What's the drawback? Is it that I cannot add anything more to it? Or is it that I can only use it now as a drop-off vendor for people to drop off items for me to buy?

Once your exceed your vendor or item limit, you will no longer be able to place items for sale, but your vendors will remain in place for a while.
With no items on sale, your vendors will eventually poof.

was going to ask a similar question, im planning on dropping my artisan skills on one char and regrinding them on another but could do to confirm that i will be able to remove items from my vendor after i drop the skills

You need to have skills to be able to place them on sale, tho.
