This is my problem, I have a vendor in my house that a freind of mine placed in there to get xp, now that friend left the game but the vendor is still there.... Is there a way to get rid of the vendor?

You could try to write a CSR Ticket, but its unlikely that they would remove it.
You will have to wait the time until all items have dropped to the storeroom, plus the time it takes to get empty vendors removed (14 or 30 days, dont remember).
If the Vendor is not initialised you are out of luck and should really try a CSR Ticket, as it will never poof.
Other than that you could only redeed your house...

its been there for 3 months or maybe more so everything should be gone from it

Try to use it, if you get the "The Vendor is uninitialised" Message send a ticket or redeed the house, whatever suites you best.
