FFS? whatever could that acronym represent? hmmmmm French Fries & Salad, am I correct? LOL
But seriously, yes yes I'm right with you regarding this hotfix, but frankly, I've resolved myself to believing that basically no one is home at soe save the janitor and the guy that cleans the urinals on weekends.
The correspondents position imho is a farce, they hold no bearing whatsoever on what gets looked at or whats made a priority and at this point I think they are basically "tuned out" by the devs. This is in no way a knock against the correspondents, I know you're doing your best within the limitations of what you can do. It's just a realization that you have little to no real effect on the process unfortunately, although I wish you did.
If the problems with merchant ever do get fixed (nevermind the problems with all the other non bh/jedi professions) I'm convinced it will basically happen by accident, not because some one actually set out to fix the problems.

We've been waiting long enough, I'm seriously starting to get pissed. Seems that is the only way something will happen anyway. I'm so sick of having to restock my vendors every day.

I have been wondering lately if the mind set of the devs is this. They have come to realize that their making harvesters not decay was a mistake. They of course do not wish to admitting to an error. So they make another adjustment to the game to compinsate. The over abundance of resources from non decaying harvesters may being attacked with a system that makes resource sales diminish...aka make it harder to sell the resources by not displaying it's details.
Of course all this is just guess work
