Just wanted to let as many merchants to know that if you have a Customer Pick-up Vendor or some sort in your mall or placed in another building, to ban Kaqurot from the structure. He'll buy off other people's orders even though its labeled "someone's order". He's associated with the UND guild (Underground Cartel)...not sure if this is what his guild "roleplays" but I just had to give the word out.

just put up some fake packs on your vendor claiming to be someone's order but filled with chance cubes. That usualy stops people. I made 10m before one guy figured out i was nailing him for stealing custom orders. Put up 5 packs for 2m each with chance cubes.. labeled the packs custom order for so and so... and this guy who was gobbling up my custom orders bought all 5. Nice profit for me, and he stopped harassing me.

If you do this, be VERY careful that you don't label them something like "Uber speed-sliced krayt scatter pistols"
At that point it becomes fraud on your part.
Name it something like "Bob's order" (assuming Bob doesn't buy it). If you don't make a promise of what's inside the container, it becomes a case of buyer beware and in this case it's not the person who was meant to buy it. Who's to say that Bob didn't order 10 chance cubes for 2 million?
However, if you promise something and don't deliver, they're likely to have the CSR's crawling all over you.

I really discourage using vendors for custom orders. This is begging for someone to rip you of. Using various methods you can mitigate against it but you can't eliminate the possibility that someone will take merchandise meant for someone else. I urge you to use a different delivery method. I realize that meeting people in game can be bothersome and time consuming but I really urge you to do this or to create a house for pickup house that only people who have orders from you have access to. This at least means that you have control over the number of people who can take the merchandise. (Yes I know that you can't put vendors in this house. Using the vendor for personal sales is just not safe.)

I've actualy found the safest way to do custom order vendors is to just make a custom vendor for that specific order, or if you have larger volume a custom order vendor that is A) not searchable, and B) in a location that is different from your usual vendors (another house for example, or the basement of your guildhall/house/whatever)
