Thread: a CSR's answer to a bugged vendor just take all the items off and replace it UGH

so I have a bugged vendor it seems
Instead of withdrawing from the maintance pool it just lost condition, I did my monthly vendor check to find it at 3% condition and 20K in the maintance pool.
First answer form CSR DesG
"vendors are repairable, if it is not showing the condition correctly /bug it" (painfully clear it's a canned answer)
OK but the vendor is not operating so it isn't a (#$&(@&$&@) display problem
add a comment saying what I said again and get a response of
"oh I misunderstood you, .......... I was reciently informed that when a vendor gets to a low condition it is not repairable............ remove the vendor and put a new one in it's place"
Ok I dropped master merchant today because I saw no point to keeping the hireing tree with my business all set up, but yes I do have more than enough vendors left. But does this CSR have any idea how annoying it is to unlist 203 items, retrieve them, and pop them on a new vendor?!?!?!?!?
This little bug is seriously makeing me reconsider running a business on this game. I don't want to have to keep worrying that I am gonna have to keep doing this.

Yeah I know what you mean, 203 items is really a pain in the a**. 10 items costs about a few minutes, but 203 will takes hours. I hope they fix your problem soon.
