Thread: Simple Merchant XP Question

Can you get merchant xp without being an artisan? I know you can get combat xp and weapons xp by just using the weapon of choice. If a non artisan sells stuff on the bazaar, will they get merchant xp?

Nope. You can only get it with artisan 0040 and novice merchant. Well, maybe you could trade in faction points for merchant xps at a recruiter, but that would be a horendous waste of faction points.

I'm not sure.

I just last night got my Artisan 0040 and when I looked at Novice Merchant, I already had 10k exp.

Am I just ignorant and we all start with that amount?
