I have a house, but do not have Business. I have a friend who has business. Is there any way, between the 2 of us, we can set up a vendor in my house so we could both administer the vendor?

We tried having him create the vendor (all styles NPC, Terminal and the big termial) he gives it to me, and I drop it. I only have Examine or Use options. He has the administer and destroy, but no apparent way to grant admin rights to me.

Admin rights are broken right now the only thing admin seems to work on is harvesters as I was able to access my partners harvester but he can not drop or pick anything up in my house even tho he's on the admin list so I would assume that is why you can not access the vendor but feel good about one thing, lots of people are having problems even getting a friends vendor into their house.

Maybe I am missing something real basic here, but I want to setup a vendor in my house. How do I go about doing that? How do I get to choose the model of the vendor I want?
