Thread: Vendors eating offered items?
My friend offered six medium mineral harvesters to my vendor because I was offplanet and she was going to bed. I got back to my house, bought them, got the confirmation emails, and cannot find them anywhere. They're not in the stockroom, they're not in offers, they're not in any tab of any of my three vendors, and refreshing the listings on every screen 2-3 times didn't make them appear.
What the hell is this? Will they show up after the next server reboot or have we just been screwed out of another 120k credits by a retarded bug that SOE doesn't care enough to fix?
There's essentially zero chance of CSRs doing anything other than a worthless "send in a bug report" response because they never did anything besides generic form-letter responses to any of my other tickets, and I don't think anyone in my PA has been reimbursed for any of the items they lost. Also, they still haven't responded to a ticket I put in nine hours ago so I doubt if they'll get to this one in a timely fashion.
