The work around is place a vendor for retreival only (via region). also you can retrieve 'stuck' items from a solo vender in a first in first out fashion. Yes this means you have click on each item until you succefully retrieve the first item , then it will jump to another item , donot choose your own. most of the time the item it jumps to is next in the FIFO list. If that sdoesnt work then you need to restart at top and work down till you succefully retrieve item. it takes a while yes , but you can retrieve your items. Sorry if this is hard to understand it 3 am here heh.
