Thread: Where can I place my vendors?

I can now place a couple more vendors and I was wondering where can I place them? Or what skill do I need to be able to just drop a vendor inside the city? Thanks in advance.

You can only place vendors in a home or PA Hall that you own. There is no way to drop a vendor in a city.
