Bad idea

Is the bazaar max still going to be 3k? So now the vendors are going to have a 3k max too?

Jeez, guys, if your knees jerk any harder you're going to hurt yourselves. The phrase is badly worded, but what it means is, "the max sale price on (some) vendors was the same as the bazaar. We fixed that."

well then someone at SoE needs to take a grammar class, because the wording looks like they fixed the max price on vendors to be the same as the bazaar.

Yes after reading it a few times. I think there are some vendors out there that have a MAX 3k on them. That will be fixed.

Fixed the max sale price on vendors being the same as the bazaar.

The wording sounds like they fixed some vendors that were pricing the same as the bazaar.

Since "being" is normally used as a pass tense. If they had changed vendors to price the same as the bazaar, the wording would have been "fixed the max sale price on vendors so that now they are the same as the bazaar".

You have to step back and ask yourself a question. Why would they change vendors to have the same max price as the bazaar? Does that make any sense at all? I can't believe so many people read that sentence wrong. I don't see anything wrong with the wording.

I guess people just kind of skimmed it and didn't even think about what was actually said; I guess that is what happens when the nerf stick has been thrown around so much over the past week. Everyone is afraid it is pointed at them.
