does the vendor go away when i log off?
if it does'nt, do i still get the 150 cred xp per hour?
and last, is the 150 per vendor BUILDING or per vendor PERSON inside of a building?

Objects in the game including structures, vendors, objects, beasties only exist when someone is there to see them. This was a problem with the vendors because people were not getting the 150xp per hr per vendor as described in the manual. This was remedied and people now get 150xp per hr per vendor even when the vendors are not loaded into the game world. You will however not receive the xp until the vendor does get loaded. So if nobody visits your vendor for 10 hrs, then you walk in, you will suddently get 1500xp (suddenly or shortly thereafter).
