Thread: This automatically retrieving stuff still has some quirks....

I just bought 168k units of a resource from offers on my vendor
100k units of it was retrieved automatically to my inventory, the other 68k isn't in the stockroom, so it just went poof....what the heck happened?

168k units would be in 2 stacks. So you purchased the offered 100k stack and it went into your inventory, then purchased the offered68k stack and it didn't go into your inventory and didn't go into the storeroom?
If it just poofed, make a CSR ticket, they will have logs of the offers.

yay, filed a ticket, CSR reimbursed me with the 68k units of lok wheat that I lost

What's great is when you have a custom order vendor near your workshop that you buy offers from, and on the odd occassion, they get transferred to your inventory, even when the offer wasn't in the same region (Tent/Shop is far away from workshop)

This happened to me as well... I relocated my Resource vendor to a new location, and pulled all the sales.
Of course only 1/3 of the items actually were pulled into my inventory, and the others...well no clue. I had lost over5 million units of Uber Duralloy steel, Ext. Ore, and Aluminum.
GAME BREAKING!!!!!
Well, maybe just maybe a CRS ticket will work...
