Say for instance I have one vendor with vehicles, batteries, powerups and personnal harvs on it. Can I register that vendor under multiple listings? Like droid, weapons and installations catagories on planetary map or is it only one listing per vendor?

Nope. You will need to lay down mutiple vendors if you want mutliple listings
