Yes.
They don't need admin rights to operate a vendor, only to place it.

Thanks, my business partner gave admin rights to a friend of his to drop a vendor. Problem is, while I trust my business partner not to mess with my stuff, I don't know his friend. It's been a few days since, and nothing has come up missing or moved, so I probably have nothing to worry about, but I would rather have the peace of mind knowing I do have control over the access others have to my house.

If you have an entry fee on your building, just make sure that the person in question is on the entry list so they avoid paying the fee. CSR's take a dim view of blocking people's access to their vendors. Usually, however, removing someone from the admin list still leaves them on the entry list. It never hurts to double check, tho.

I know you have to assign admin rights to another player so they can place a vendor there. My question is, once the vendor is in place, can they be removed from admin to protect anything I have placed as decoration without infringing on their access to their vendors?
