Thread: Massive vendor failure on Corbantis

Most of the items on most of my vendors have vanished. Two of them are completely empty, one of them that had more than 100 items now has 4 items and one of them has about 30% of it's stock remaining. I am missing several hundred items in total.


How do I file a CSR ticket on this?


I could wait till the sever reboots... BUT THE SERVER NEVER REBOOTS ANYMORE!


If the items are all gone I will most likely cancel my subscription as I am wiped out.

Use the Holocron (CTRL+H) to submit a Customer Service ticket.


Hope things work out for you. That really sucks.

Additional info:


I placed two more (garbage) items onto one of the vendors and they vanished immediately. This is beginning to look like some kind of database corruption issue.

Submit a CSR ticket. Also do a /bug report on it. And there is a post In Live for current issues. Put it there too.

And check that they have actually vanished and you haven't just accidentally selected a sub-category filter!

Yea that does happen. Make sure you have the All category selected. Sometimes you get set in "No Category" and you can't see any items. Or if you are seeing a few you might be defaulting to a particular category. Its one thing to check before you call in the calvary.

All of theitems reappeared when I logged in several hours later. I still have no idea why my vendors went all goofy at the same time. At least things are back to normal now.

To file a bug report you just type /bug.

Putting in a CSR ticket is trickier these days as they are trying to get people to look up their issues in the Knowledge Base first to cut down on the amount of ticket they have to handle where the problem is already listend in the KB. To fill out a CSR ticket go to Customer Service from the Holocron and do a Knowledgebase Search for your issue. (Assuming you don't find the solution there) at the bottom of the entry you select in the KB there is a button to submit a ticket.
