Was wondering if the skill box covering reduced maintenance covers harvestors that do not belong to me, but I am on the admin list. For example, would I get the cost reduction on a lot trade harvestors?

Yes.

You only have to pay 1cr and the discount will be applied for all paid maintenance.

However, if someone without the discount comes along and pays 1cr on them, the discount will go away.
