Is there a way for a non merchant like myself to place items and sell items from a vendor?
What are the limitations of being just an "admin" of a vendor?
Ok, put it simply can I rent a vendor from a merchant? Its the merchants vendor, they just give me admin rights. Can I place items for sale? Would purchases come to me our the merchant?
Please give me ideas on how I can sell items through a merchant without a.)having the merchant as a middle man, moving creds through a middle man can become troublesome. b.) having to use a number of skill points to get the skills itself (I don't need advertising more vendors etc...)

it cant be done
You can t be put on admin.
youd have to either spend the skillpoints yourself
have someone selling for you
or
Sell the items to the merchant whowill then sell it himself

No. Without the skillpoint investment to get your own vendor, it is not possible to operate one.
Only the merchant has access to the vendor and there are no "admin" rights available.
Currently your only options are
1) Sell your items on the bazaar.
2) Have a merchant operate a vendor for you and trust that they will give you the money from the sale.
3) Sell your items outright to a merchant at a reduced cost so they can then make a profit on them.
4) Spend the skill points and get your own vendor.
