Thread: Who gets the money the merchant of the owner

If I am admin on a house and have merchant, I place an access fee on the house do I get the money or does the owner?

Anyone with admin (and the skill to do so) can put a fee on the building.
I think the owner gets the cash.

The owner indeed gets the credits. I believe you don't get XP for it either.

I am 95% sure that only the owner of the house can put an access fee, and even if you can, im 100% sure the owner will get it

I had put an access fee on a house a friend held for me.
Since it was 1 credit it was a bit hard to keep track of it, and since you don't know when someone enters, was hard to keep track of XP too.
But I tried it at a later time, and the owner actually gets the money.
And said friend has 10000 Merchant XP now, without ever having Novice Artisan even, so it seems that also the XP goes to the owner

Yea that was my experience too a long time ago I put an entry fee on a guild hall for my Guild Leader and he was getting the credits and the XP. The obvious reason for this is that they don't store who placed the entry fee on the structure anywhere so they have no choice but to give the money and the xp to the owner of the structure.
