What good is Advertising IV for anyway?


I am pruning my final template a bit and leaning more towards Merchant than Rifleman now... I'm also dropping hunting from 4 to non-existant since I have failed to see a difference between Novice Scout and Hunting IV in terms of harvesting (only reason I took that line).
