Architects can make Merchant Tents at Construction 1, I believe.

Requires some tailor components as well, but the important thing to note is that you cannot place a Merchant Tent until you have Efficiency 4.


You can place a vendor in any non-private building you have Admin rights to, the Tents are just for convenience and fun/different look purposes.
