I'm going to transfer the ownership to my house to another player. Currently, I have several vendors in my house. If I transfer the structure, what will happen to the vendors and the inventory inside them? Will the new "owner" now have access to the vendors? Will the vendors vanish?
Your help is appreciated.

The other player will never have rights to your vendors, that is impossible. The vendorswill continue to stay in the house forever and ever. I don't think it's even necessary for you to have admin to the house after the vendors are placed (currently you CAN place vendors in a house you don't personally own, provided you have admin at the time the vendors are placed.) However, your friend CAN revoke your admin (so you can't pay up the house, ban you from the house (so you can't access your vendors to pay or restock) and can destroy the house with your vendors in it. If you don't trust this person, don't transferstructure.
