My vendor bug is still in place. Do they work on the weekends or doI have to wait until weekdays?

My vendor was loaded yesterday, (the day I got it), and I went to be looking forward to a nice amount of sells in the morning. However it is not showing the not initialized bug even though i spent 2-3 hours loading it with stuff last night which kinda points to it being initialized.
