Thread: When will email notification be fixed?

You've used the /emptymailbox command and this hasn't fixed it?
My understanding was to use this command several times in a row to make sure it got rid of everything and then your notifications would start showing up again like they are supposed to.
ill try that,i only manually deleted the mail in there.this /emptymailbox does that get rid of hidden ones?

Yes. Apparently your mailbox can become corrupted and mail that you can't see can interfere with your getting your mail correctly. The emptymail command was put in for this purpose. It will delete all your mail even things you can't see. The suggestion we got from one of the CSRs was to do the command several times to make sure it gets everything out of there and then see if that doesn't improve your email functionality.
