Thread: Restoring object has offered an item to your vendor
hopefully there's some of you that have gotten this message before, as the CSR didn't have a clue and told be to send a bug-report.
What happens is that I get the message "Restoring object has offered an item to your vendor" just like a normal offer. I've gotten this message 3 separate times, and it included 2-6 messages, as I would have gotten 2-6 offers to my vendor 3 times.
When I go and check my vendors it has no offers on it, none. And I have not gotten reports from suppliers of not picking up their deliveries, and all other things seems to work quite well.
Anyone that can help?
I tried to pick up three backpacks from my vendors the other day, and 1 of them was too big to fit into my inventory. It put the item (backpack and contents) back onto the vendor renamed as "Restored Item".
I'm assuming the message you got was some sort of 'bogus' message from that restore process that probably shouldn't have been sent. Has to be said though that I am the owner of the vendor that I picked the items up from, and I never got any weird messages like you did.

Yep, i got the same exact message, and no offers where on my vendor. It's only happened once, but nothing seemed to be affected, meaning I didnt lose anything. So I have no clue what that was all about.

i have gotten this once that i have noticed. i dont know if i lost anything or gained it back. too much stuff. i have 4 vendors and there is no way i can know what is on each of them and if anything has disappeared.
a while ago i lost a helmet. then 3 weeks atleast since loosing it i got it and the backpack it was in back. dissappeared and reappeared all on its own.
while i wouldnt worry about the message, i would ask the devs that they make it more appearant what had dissappeared and reappeared. instead of it just reappearing to where it had dissappeared from please make it go to the offers. this way if we had been missing something we would know what it was and that it has now returned.
