A friend of mine gave me access to his tent to drop a vendor. I onlu have business III for the big ugly vendor. Most of the time it always tells me that it is not initalized and I can't get around it. The inialize option on the radial is no longer there and I did place maintenance into the vendor.

The one time I did get it to work it acted like it was someone elses vendor. It never gave me the option to sell only to offer or buy an item.

Can you no longer place a vendor in someone elses tent?

Sounds a bit like the same vendor issues at business 3 for the bulky vendor thats been around a while. Check out the merchant boards for the workaround and see if that helps.
