Merchant Archive

There's so much spam and repeating posts here I cannot find the answer I am looking for. Including a storage vendor, I have over 4000 items spread out across vendors. I am just wondering if there was any official word on what would happen to any items on my vendors that are over the vendor limit by the time this goes live. Are they doing to disappear? I would like to begin preparing for this as much as possible to avoid losing any items. Any word Doc?

If you have more vendors then skills allow, ie if you have 6 vendors and dropped merchant, you will lose your extra vendors. I also understand that if you are a artisan with a "vendor" only allowed by merchant (ie anything other then abulk vendor) it will count as being empty and be removed. I also "speculate" that if you have a Merchant vendor not currently allowed by your skill level you might also lose that..

Now as far as your items question, All other vendor items will stay on the vendor until they reach the 30 day expiration date. You will not however be able to put new items up, changes prices, or relist items if your vendor already meets orexceeds its max # of itmes allowed by your current skill lvl. Once items are removed from the vendor sales area, either by expiration or you canceling the sale, they will go into your storage area where you will have the normal time to pick them up before they are destoyed.
